These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Axioma Academy website and platform (the "Platform") and the purchase of educational services, courses, and certifications (the "Services") offered by Axioma Academy, a division of Axioma Holding, Italy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for a course, making a purchase, or using our Platform, you ("User," "you," or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. DEFINITIONS AND PARTIES

Axioma Academy: The educational training program specializing in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, FinTech, and related technologies, operating under Axioma Holding in Italy .

Services: Includes online courses, in-person training, workshops, webinars, and BCG- Blockchain Council Group Certification programs provided by Axioma Academy .

Student: Any individual or entity purchasing or using the Services.

B2C: Business-to-Consumer transactions, where the Student is an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

B2B: Business-to-Business transactions, where the Student is a company or a professional acting in the course of their business.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
To use the Platform and purchase Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By clicking "I Agree" or "Purchase," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The contract between you and Axioma Academy is concluded at the moment we accept your order via email confirmation.
3. SERVICES AND REGISTRATION
3.1. Courses: Axioma Academy offers courses in programming, blockchain, FinTech, and technology management. Course descriptions, syllabi, and prerequisites are available on our Platform .
3.2. Certification: We offer BCG- Blockchain Council Group Certification. This certification is issued upon successful completion of course requirements and examination. Certificates may be verified on our platform using blockchain technology .
3.3. Registration: To register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. Prices: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, in accordance with Italian tax law.

Under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason .
5.1. Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period runs from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the date of purchase).
5.2. Exception: If you begin a course or access digital content (e.g., pre-recorded videos, downloadable materials) before the withdrawal period ends, and you have explicitly consented to this, you lose your right of withdrawal.

5.4. Refund: We will refund the full amount using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. 7. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior during sessions.

Recording: Recording (audio or video) of any course session is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Axioma Academy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All content provided on the Platform and during the courses (including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and course materials) is the exclusive property of Axioma Academy or its licensors .
8.2. The Services are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit authorization.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted .
9.2. No Guarantee of Results: While we provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, investment returns, or business success.
9.3. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law:

12.2. For B2C Consumers, any dispute shall be resolved by the competent court of your place of residence or domicile.
12.3. For B2B Transactions, any dispute shall be resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena, Italy.
